The rooms here were spacious and absolutely stunning, plus they had an onsen bath which was a nice touch! the staff was super helpful and friendly, they even gave us some great tips for our stay. 😊

During our stay at Freshfields, we were amazed by the stunning view of the mountains from our room. The private hot-spring bath-tub in the bathroom provided a truly rejuvenating experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and accommodating. The buffet breakfast and dinner, though average, were complimentary and offered a decent variety of options. we had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Freshfields and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the outdoor spa was very relaxing. We enjoyed the variety of pool temperatures and cascades as well as the sauna and hammam. the staff was helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious with a nice marble bathtub.

The hotel was quite far away from the city center, which made it difficult to explore Taichung. We also encountered some issues with the cleanliness of our room, including hair and grime in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at a secluded hotel in the hills with spectacular forest views. Here, they provided us with some luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the spa and wellness center were top quality, offering massages, steam rooms, saunas, hot spring bath, and open-air bath.

The only minor issue we faced was the location, as it was a bit inconvenient to travel to Taichung. the hotel provided an arrangement of shuttle service and bikes to ride around the area.
